Address20 Rue Pierre Saxy
The house was built in 1932 by an engineer-contractor, Julien Chavoutier, passionated by architecture and modernism. A house in concrete, surprending and confortable. We bought it on first sight. Our Show more descriptionfamily invested in its uncommon environment along with respecting its spirit.
Contemporary furnitures in concrete created by Eric Rolland Bellagamba are living in harmony with 30's old-fashioned furnitures.
You can sit in the garden surrounded by flowers under the trees in front of a basin.
During summer, you can pick a mature tomato or aromatic herbs in the organic garden.
It's situated in the calm neighborhood of Monplaisir. You can park in front of the house.
The train station (SNCF) and the historical centre are at 15mn walking. You can take the “Taco” (bike taxi) or use bikes which we place to your disposal.
